This page is dedicated to recommended readings in the field of psychology, which is to say, to life.

All year 'round I'm an avid reader, but summers are always the time I lay aside the cares of the world and inhabit another, often more real world that I find between the covers of a book. I never know what I'll discover, despite the cover and title; I have, however, come to trust that I bump into the books I need to make acquaintance with at the time and under the circumstances that are just right. Perhaps this has happened to you?

In this section, I simply list the books in hopes that you might find one that serves your needs when you need it - like a friend should. I won't review these books just yet, for that would be somewhat like reviewing my friends. I like them all without having to agree with them on every point; and if you want to see why I like them, you'll just have to make their acquaintance too.
